Privacy Notice

How this website handles the information you give us. Last updated 3 September 2026.

What this website collects

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and your message. The volunteer form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the areas you are interested in, your availability, and an optional note about your experience.

Both forms also ask you to confirm you agree to be contacted. The volunteer form asks you to confirm you are 18 or older, and — for roles working directly with children or vulnerable adults — that you are willing to complete a background check.

Submissions are sent to the ministry by email. This website does not store them in a database.

Please do not send sensitive details here

These forms are ordinary email. Please do not use them to send medical, counseling, or other sensitive personal information. If you need to discuss something private, contact us and we will find a more appropriate way to talk.

If you are in crisis or need help right now, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911 in an emergency. This website is not monitored around the clock.

Tracking, cookies and advertising

This website uses no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or rent anyone’s information.

Three third parties are involved in running the site, and each may receive your IP address as a normal part of delivering it: Amazon Web Services hosts the site and delivers our email; Google Fonts serves the typefaces the pages use; and Stripe loads on the donation page to process card payments. Card details go directly to Stripe — this website never sees or stores them.

Asking us to remove your information

Because submissions arrive as email, removing your information means deleting the message. Write to drladonnamorrell@gmail.com or call 517-715-7132 and ask, and we will.

Questions about this notice can go to the same address.

A note on scope

This notice covers this website. Morrell Ministries also runs counseling, residential care, home help, and re-entry programs, and records held by those programs are governed by the rules that apply to them rather than by this page.
